If the steps above do not resolve your issue, please review the troubleshooting FAQs below for additional suggestions.
Device Does Not Power On or Restarts Unexpectedly
1. Ensure that the vehicle’s cigarette-lighter power adapter is securely connected and that the power cable is not loose or damaged.
2. Use a USB Type-C charging cable capable of supplying at least 5 V / 3 A. If the device still does not operate properly, replace the charging cable with one that meets the required specifications.
Touchscreen Is Unresponsive
1. Restart the device to determine whether the issue is caused by a temporary system malfunction.
2. Check the screen for water, moisture, dirt, or other contaminants that may affect touch sensitivity.
3. Inspect the screen for cracks or other physical damage.
Rear-View Camera Image Is Not Displayed
1. Ensure that the rear-view camera connector is securely connected.
2. Confirm that the vehicle’s power supply is adequate. If the supply voltage is too low, disconnecting the rear-view camera may allow the device to operate normally. If the problem persists, replace the power adapter with one rated at 5 V / 3 A or higher.
Device Temperature Is Too High
1. The normal operating temperature range is −20°C to 70°C. High ambient temperatures may cause the device to become warm during operation.
2. Reduce power consumption by lowering the screen brightness or disabling unnecessary functions.
3. Improve ventilation around the device, for example, by opening the vehicle’s air vents or increasing air circulation.
Bluetooth Music Is Not Available
Ensure that the audio output mode is set to Bluetooth Music. Other audio output modes do not support Bluetooth music playback.
Unable to Play Video
1. For driving safety, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto do not support video playback.
2. To mirror video content, use Apple AirPlay or Android Cast (Miracast).
Call or Media Volume Is Too Low
1. Check whether the device is muted or whether the volume level is set too low.
2. You can also connect the device to the vehicle’s audio system using the supplied AUX cable to improve audio output.
Unable to Connect to Apple CarPlay
1. The initial connection may take slightly longer than subsequent connections.
2. Apple CarPlay is supported on iPhone devices only.
3. Ensure that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on your iPhone and functioning properly.
4. On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > CarPlay, remove the existing vehicle connection, and then reconnect the device.
5. Restart your iPhone and try connecting again.
Unable to Connect to Android Auto
1. Android Auto is supported on Android devices only.
2. Ensure that Android Auto and all related applications are updated to the latest versions.
3. Disable any VPN connection on your phone before attempting to connect.
4. Ensure that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on your Android phone and functioning properly.
5. Restart your Android phone, then reconnect the device.
Reminder:
For the best connection performance, ensure that there are no significant obstructions between your mobile phone and the display unit, and that the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth signals remain stable. Weak wireless signals may affect the normal operation of the device.
